Awesome company to work for, great experience and amazing commitment to quality displayed by most of the employees Beautiful locations and buildings, but most important, great people Most of the customers like the product and love their services, it is a real pleasure working in such a nice environment Training in some properties is great, it all depends of the leader you have

Some properties need help on staffing correctly to provide the service expected by customers As in many other companies there are some team members that are not commitment with a win win for everyone and they only look for themselves and what they can get out of the company without giving back, a bit lack of commitment, but is not the case of every hotel.

Horrible to work at the Ritz Carlton Boston. I was terminated because someone decided to report me they I was nodding off briefly in the office. They first suspended me with a notice explaining my suspension and then they terminated me with a different notice with the summary of that notice not matching up with the suspension notice. Human Resources lied to me and told me that the reason they found out I nodded off was because they were reviewing footage for something and just happened to come across me on camera which does not add up to the two statements I received. Cafeteria food was terrible. You would think a five star hotel would cook better food. Sometimes the food was burnt and did not taste good at all!!!
