Positive environment, high standards, clean, roles are well defined, clear direction from management, frequent feedback and opportunity to change if needed, overall good management with a few individual exceptions

Minpunten

No clear path to management position, would have appreciated more recognition for the many times I went over and above the call of duty in servicing clients

Horrible to work at the Ritz Carlton Boston. I was terminated because someone decided to report me they I was nodding off briefly in the office. They first suspended me with a notice explaining my suspension and then they terminated me with a different notice with the summary of that notice not matching up with the suspension notice. Human Resources lied to me and told me that the reason they found out I nodded off was because they were reviewing footage for something and just happened to come across me on camera which does not add up to the two statements I received. Cafeteria food was terrible. You would think a five star hotel would cook better food. Sometimes the food was burnt and did not taste good at all!!!
