Pluspunten
Some of the offices are very good. Some of the people are extremely friendly and are more than willing to show you the ropes and train you properly when you come in for the 1st time. Also, the environment for some of the offices is very nice, none stressful and the doctors are very nice.
Minpunten
Riverside prides themselves of being family oriented when it comes to their employees, but they are not. When and if one of your children get sick on the same day that you have to show for work, they get extremely mean like is your fault that your child is ill and demand that you show up for work or face the consequences. Some of the Office Managers, specially for Neurology are stuck up, very mean and love to throw in people faces their title on the employees faces. There is racism in some of the offices as well, and as such one feels very uncomfortable working in that type of environment.
