In my area in particular, I hear all the bad straight from customers. Many sales reps either aren't well informed of how the business operates or are just intentionally misleading them. Their practices are also shady - saying they don't do contracts and calling it an 'agreement' instead, locking customers in incredibly expensive leases that are almost impossible to get out of, and lacking general clarity on fees and charges. It's hard being part of the group that's supposed to help these people and watching the company just tear them down from the beginning.
