An absolute nightmare to work at robinson fresh. From the extreme levels of stress put on you by management, the requirement to check your email AT LEAST every 30 min while you're awake, truck drivers calling in the middle of the night to scream at you, to unrealistic expectations, a fight to get the salary/bonus (that is in your contract)you deserve based on metrics because "idk, we switched systems so it's hard to tell if you met your goals". Management tries to make as many employees as possible salaried so that they don't have to pay for the constant overtime employees are expected to work.This company has the most inappropriate work environment I've ever seen. I frequently saw and heard sexist comments, the sexualization of co-workers or employees, and gossip from management. The work environment is extremely toxic and I would encourage anyone to think twice about working here. I do not remember going more than one week without seeing at LEAST one co-worker cry due to the management action, when this happens, management is proud.
