Working in IT, I was not engaged with the more serious work the company was doing, but they treated me nicely and I was given a lot of freedom to make IT improvements where needed in their infrastructure.

No major cons for a part-time IT job.

The organization does great work for the youth including mentoring, instilling Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, parenting classes, field trips, etc. Executive Vice President was approachable, compassionate and dynamic.

Minpunten

Toxic company culture in the Hartford location. Leadership was demeaning and condescending. Cliquey environment, Sparse/sporadic training. Lots of pressure to connect with high caseloads of youth,
