Very good work and balance. Good tools and equipment. Nice location and comfortable office in Waiblingen.

Minpunten

Incompetent management - lack of knowledge and experience in medical device industry! I could repeat this 100 times. This is a HUGE problem for Roche PVT! Intrigues and political rubbish - personal loyalty is much more valuable than expertise and knowledge. Too many useless meetings, total misunderstanding of Agile and Scrum in particular. Declaring Agile values while using classical command and control style. Effectively applying 'best' management anti-patterns.

The benefits are good so far just like any other company

Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
