While working there, I saw that the team selling approach was not effective. It's no longer in place. Claims of being "family friendly" and giving employees a "work/life" balance were never put into practice. HR department not responsive and more concerned with protecting the company interests than a focus on "human resources", and treating employees as such. Policies were not applied across the board. Behind the times in expense reporting, CRM databases and CBT, which resulted in inefficiencies. Training of sales reps lacking in substance.
