good work life balance and compensation package. Good neighborhood, nice "college" like campus, on site gym, great cafe and company store.
Minpunten
not alot of promotion opportunity, very political, and everything moves at a snails pace. Management communication is lacking and the organization is constantly changing resulting in frustration and uncertainity about roles and responsibilities.
