If you are not sharing positive news, you are not rewarded for making data driven analysis of the current situation.

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
