Projects are led by unexperienced/low skilled PMs. Job scope and volume is highly different in the AP teams for the same salary. Lots of new tasks and reorganizations are happening without any compenzation. Most of the people are tired and fed up with the never stopping changes and extra tasks. There is no real career advancement salary increase is low when you change jobs.
