- The leadership doesn't value employees or their contribution. Management changes so often that they don't even know who their best people are. - Stagnating company. A lot of talking about innovation, but no real investment into innovation. - Weak marketing strategies. - No diversity, especially at the management level. None of the strongly qualified women have ever been promoted to the upper management level. - No career path. They are mostly looking outside when it comes to any position on the management track.
