Stable job, you won't get fired for at least 4 years if you can make it past the 1st month. There's also DEI, they're real big on DEI. Bigger than paying their employees competitive wages.

Minpunten

We don't get the following: * Competitive pay * Relatable upper management * Reliable hardware tools (ex. laptops) * Reliable software tools (each team re-invents the wheel) * Mentors for self-development and guidance

Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

Minpunten

Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
