Leadership is constantly changing direction. Early 2026 a ton of tenured employees and 90% of senior leadership (including the CEO) all resigned. As of May 2026, I’ve seen additional tenured employees leave via LinkedIn. “Senior Leadership” has been anything but that and pushed out all the good employees because of unclear constant change with no clear direction.
