      Amazing company culture, can approach anyone and they have tons of office activities

      They take on projects that are too big for their office. Not a lot of true responsibilities as an intern.

      Collaborative and ambitious work. It is a good choice as the first job.

      High pressure's job and better to have good control of pressure.

      Good culture Great mix of work (lots of strategy / interesting projects) Good opportunity

      Minpunten

      Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
