Office fruit/snacks Some really lovely team members across the wider company

Minpunten

No management across the tech and design teams. Meaning no one is there to support the team, acknowledge the wins or manage the timeline and expectations. Team is overloaded with work and has deadlines that are consistently changing. Senior designer lacks technical knowledge and does minimal work, meaning the wider team has to pick up her workload. They are also not a team player and will throw anyone across the tech, PD and even their own deisgn team under the bus to avoid taking responsibility. 5 days a week in the office with no flexibility. 9-6pm with no flexiblity.

Pluspunten

Product is strong and viewed well in the marketplace. Leading British designer in the luxury category. Roland Mouret as a designer and a personality is beloved by his clients.

Minpunten

Constant turnover in all teams and all positions. Upper management are all childhood friends of Roland as well as with each other; this kind of nepotism means people at the top accomplish very little. Managing Director has no experience at any other brands outside of Roland Mouret. Company spending is irrational and mismanaged. No interest in constitutional advertising, so the brand remains very underexposed in press and marketing. HR department is weak and unable to stand alone and withstand pressure from upper management. Company culture and a positive work environment are non existent. Decision making process is done mostly by consultants onboarded by upper management.
