- horrible management, nitpicky, strict, micromanaging - toxic work environment - tries very hard to be fine dining, but we're not, puts more work on servers and bartenders -the most amount of side work i've ever seen in a restaurant. 2+ hours every night - no barback - dumb corporation rules
