Pluspunten
The work itself is interesting, it's busy and challenging and the product is great. There is so much scope for bigger and better things and progression should be fast. Should be being the key words!
Minpunten
Unfortunately this company is stunted by management, a senior manager in particular who clearly is out of their depth and slowly sinking the company. There is very little employee recognition or support and the attitude from management is that all employees should just be grateful to work there and must prove themselves. It's very one sided! If it's decided your face no longer fits then you won't be there much longer, which seems to be quite a common occurrence. Huge staff turnover that doesn't appear to be a concern. There is no real organisation and during my time there went through several and restructures and redundancies which they try to promote as a good thing however it very rarely was and obviously had a very negative impact of the staff. Sadly the negatives greatly outweigh the positives here.
