The staff are respectful and helpful. Rosedale Academy provides a nice work/life balance and very flexible work. Rosedale Academy also strives to improve the experience for their employees with consistent improvements to the functionality of their website.

Minpunten

Aside from previous issues with the functionality of their website or programs, many of which are addressed or being addressed, there are no cons!

Pluspunten

Lots of autonomy in managing my own workflow and responsibilities. No micro-managing management. Most people in management seem to genuinely care about the quality of education they provide, and the products and services that the company provides have real value for students.

Minpunten

Lack of certainly or clarity from CEO in project planning. Lots of last-minute events and ideas that required additional hours exceeding what the team was capable of.
