Reactie van Roth Staffing
6yWe were very sad to hear about your mother and we wanted to be there for you as you faced this and other misfortunes over the course of your employment. The last thing we want is for a coworker to ever feel we don't have the utmost compassion for the things happening in their personal life. We care about each of our coworkers ... very much. You are correct in that we guide coworkers through a proven amount and type of activity that will help them reach personal and professional success, especially as they ramp up. We never want it to feel like micro management. We're here to help. And if you check with our tenured successful coworkers you'll hear that we rarely discuss activity with them - we want every coworker to reach that place in their career where the focus is solely on outcomes and not activity. There are many specifics you address here that would cross the lines of privacy if we also address them, but we can only offer up that there are always many perspectives and various sides to every story. We don't like to hear that any coworker did not have the experience we intend and want to create. Although this ended up not being the right fit, we have you in our thoughts and genuinely hope you have found the great workplace you seek and deserve . We take every review (good and especially bad) to heart and learn from it. We commit to always striving to be better.
