Minpunten
They put everyone on a payment plan where you earn a percentage of the monthly profit, sometimes you benefit, sometimes you don't. Every year they lower your percentage so that only the company is profiting from your hard work. You work very hard to make more, which is what you're told the goal is, only to have it taken from you the following year, so you then do the same work for a significantly lower pay. Anytime someone speaks up they are no longer with the company. It is very hard to plan your life when you cannot get ahead with your pay. As soon as you do you are knocked back down.
