Needs more diversity! I think leadership has unconscious biased and hires people that look like them. Adaptability is truly key! It’s fast paced and constantly changing. Only a con if you don’t collaborate well or like to learn new things.

There are great people at this company, unfortunately they're not the ones leading or making the decisions that ultimately affect everyone else.

Too many to list. The new CEO came in and immediately started putting his buddies in leadership positions. Instead of focusing on solving the issues with products and addressing communication between departments, he seems preoccupied with employee surveillance and outsourcing roles to India. Profit over people. So much talent and knowledge out the door and the company is just turning into another corporate machine. If you're looking for longevity or just a nice place to work, this isn't the company for you.
