Management is disaster, small privately owned company, the owners, wife, and husband, yell and call out employees in front of everyone, making a fool of them for any single reason!
They change company policies according to their mood
If you join RUDE COSMETICS, expect that you are going to be treated like a VILE SERVANT.
If anyone goes against them (different opinion) they target the employee and find any reason to terminate
Employees can't take any stand for ourselves!
They make checks manually, they steal hours and minutes (playing dumb) about it (Make sure to have a record of every single day)
