Great benefits and pay. The family has good intentions but are out of touch on what’s really happening in multi family.

One of the worst professional experiences of my life. The Rudins are a wonderful family that I do believe care about their employees but they have lost touch with what’s really happening in the residential department. I had such a terrible and traumatizing experience with the leadership over multi family, and this was not just isolated to me.
