Casual dress, might be able to steal a cookie from kitchen if you are forced to work overnight, due to low staff.

No raises ever. No recognition for performing at standard, excellent, or exceptional levels; Only when you make a mistake.A 1980's out-dated system that forces you to make a mistake. Completely brain-less management. They do not try to improve anything with work flow, only make a new policy when a mistake is made, adding extra work for everyone. Decline any suggest to improve work flow, because that project will only make their job harder, cause they will have to oversee the improvement project at the start. They rather just sit at their desk and pretend to do work. Very separatist environment between "upstairs" and "downstairs" people. Very harsh and negative attitudes all around the office. So many disgusting things in the kitchen, you will feel bad that people are actually going to eat that food. (expired food, mold, unsafe handling) None of the kitchen staff wash hands, never before, during, or after shift. Bathroom breaks and all.
