New management came in, and they have removed those with experience and brought in their friends. Sadly, as the unexperienced come in, they are paid much more than those who built the company. That would be fine if their strategy worked, but, the result is sales continue to decline.
This company will probably not be around within 3 years.
Much money is wasted on a marketing team that does nothing to drive sales. They do not provide support and within the last 2-3 years have played a major role in driving the company into the ground.
The National Accounts team is doomed. The new team that has been brought portrays an arrogant attitude, with no experience in this industry. This attitude comes across with other departments, as well as with customers.
The field sales division is what makes the company run and makes it profitable, but corporate continues to make cuts and offer no assistance. The field sales team cannot get new machines and service of stores is being extended. As a result, what is left in the stores for customers to rent is an assortment of old and dirty machines. (And they wonder why sales are down.)
What used to be an amazing company to work for has turned into a disastrous mess. I don't know why the owners are allowing it to continue.
You will not be happy working at Rug Doctor! I would give them a zero, if I could. Also, most of the positive reviews are coming from their new management, trying to portray a positive perception of the company.
My statements may seem harsh, but they are not made out of anger, but out of honesty.
