Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review. It’s disappointing to read that you had a negative experience during your time at Rullion. We do all we can to ensure everyone who works here has a positive and enjoyable experience, and have worked hard both before and during the pandemic to improve our internal communications and company-wide updates, as we recognised this was something everyone craved from us.
In relation to pay and benefits, we had to make some difficult decisions in 2020 to ensure financial security across our business, but we feel that with the recent rollout of our new commission scheme, following research and external benchmarking that we are able to offer both competitive salaries and earning potential through bonus. In terms of other benefits, we have also fully embraced remote working and feel we offer an excellent level of flexibility to all employees to ensure they can enjoy a work / life balance along with a whole suite of perks which stand us out from competitors, our enhanced payments for maternity leave, our long service awards and increased time off, to name but a few.
Our CEO James takes part in regular executive meetings and personally reviews comments received via our anonymous employee survey, so while he may not personally roll out all communications, he has a keen interest in the welfare of employees.
