Including but not limited to: 1. Forget about work life balance, be ready to answer manager's call/msg even at 11pm or after that. 2. Basically, it's about being available 24×7, if you're not comfortable with this or think about personal life, don't join this organisation. 3. Don't think to take any break in between your shift time, and have your lunch at your workstation and keep working like robot. (They don't even have a cafeteria to have lunch at) 4. Enter the office at 10am and ready to sit till 8pm, sometimes after that as well. 5. No HR policies, role of HR is limited to hiring, nothing on employee welfare part. Had worked with them for only 2 months, couldn't survive more!
