Heavy workload, no accountability for employees that do not perform.

There are literally no pros at this prison I am place of employment.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!! 0/10Can't make any bonuses, they make seem easy, but they let the trainers and veteran employees steal your accounts so you don't make money. They get mad when you don't indulge in their drinking shennangians or adulterous behavior. I am very thankful to no be there anymore, it was a very micromanage environment. They definitely have their favorites and it shows with everything they do in that corrupt company. I lured in under false pretenses that it would be a data entry job with no phone work, it all phone work. You have to track your own monthly goals, but everyone has access to it, so they can delete things from it and put it on their own. I have had plenty of accounts stolen from me that made me miss my goal for my bonus. 0/10 would not recommend. They fired one lady for standing up and speaking out against the threats and harassment she faced while they're from one of the veteran employees.
