Pluspunten

Great Benefits and No Weekends

Minpunten

Long hours no family time no time to do nothing after work. Bi-weekly pay. I think the pay should be a little bit more. A lot of mean girls, clicks and followers. Dirty bathrooms, and dirty break room. You have to depend on your co-workers to train you. And a lot of them refuse to train or help you because they don't want to go outside their click. It's divided. I have a manager that refuse to look my way but made sure she had something to say, because I needed help she made that person go back to their desk. I don't feel like she should be a manager because she has an issue with me and she don't even know me. And whenever we have meetings the mean girl always has something to say. There one guy that is a manager he would see the girl training me speak to her and not even speak to me or acknowledge me whatsoever he is some sort of manager/supervisor and I am a new employee and yes I can say that he has done this numerous of times. I have had case manager to walk up beside me and check out my clothes and shoes and she walked off as if she has some sort of jealousy issue. I have a couple of girls that was in my face when I first got there but has turned on me since then for no reason.

Pluspunten

Good opportunity for promotions, excellent health rewards and benefits, decent break rooms, employee engagement activities.

Minpunten

Experience varies way too much from team to team. A big game of favorites happening on some teams regarding promotions and decisions concerning discipline. Chain of command should go both ways l, but at times the chain going up clearly was not communicating to HR regarding mishaps by favored employees, SMEs, and some members of management.
