Pluspunten
They paid me twice as much as my last job did. I usually got off work at a decent time and had additional time to work on my classes.
Minpunten
They gave me minimal, if any training at all. My "training" was watching someone else do the work, taking notes, and asking questions when I thought of them. I had very little hands-on training. The little that they did teach me was easy. I asked my supervisor more than a few times what else she would have for me to work on and what else I would be trained on. She would say "I'll stop by your desk in a few minutes and show you some stuff". This rarely happened, maybe one out of every ten times. They fired me because of "performance issues". They never brought them to my attention, they never told me "you're doing this wrong, you need to fix it", they never told me what corrections I needed to make or what I could do better. I'd only been working there for a month! I'd earlier been told straight-up that I came on board at a very bad and very busy time. I was told that training would take approximately two to three months. There was another person who got hired AFTER I did and by about her second week (my third or fourth), I felt that SHE knew more about the job and what was going on than I did!
