Managers at several locations have flat out lie to me, play a hypocrite game, tell you one thing do another. Such an archaic mentality doesn't embrace change or utilize employee talents across the board. Even within the Academy program people still leaving this company. The commission plan is a joke, not clear, not properly measured as you never know what check will look and that is if you do get it.
