Bad/deceptive salary - they justified based on industry average and claimed to want to sit on the 60th percentile. However, their figure used was inc super, whereas the salary data was a mix of inc and exc super - inference is that they were actually positioned at 45 - 55th percentile but tricking employees to think they were at 60th.
