Location, coworkers, entry level opportunity. Work life balance.

Minpunten

Top down management style is very apparent. Seemingly run using a business cost model approach, rather than a research institution approach. Pay is entry level at best, despite average - heavy workload. Turnover of staff is shocking in entry level positions. Training fatigue is obvious from HR and management standpoint.

Spectacular building, excellent support from corporate services, social events for all staff, onsite gym, central location and easy access on the tram, generous maternity leave

Minpunten

The open plan office doesn't suit everyone, and environment is a bit clinical.
