The culture is one actively built and maintained by the leadership, and they do an excellent job. The company doesn't promise to be anything it's not, and manages to be all that it promises to be. Leadership is passionate. It's a sales-driven enterprise and you should know that on the way in the door. It's also very much a promote-from-within culture, and there are plentiful opportunities for insiders once in the door.
Minpunten
Sometimes what is expedient for a sale is not always the best for the long haul. Long-tenured employees (of which there are many) belong to a club that is difficult to join. The product is so complex that it probably needs an overhaul.
