Work load, expectations of work (if your a Tech, your expected to do the engineers work and if your an engineer your expected to perform the techs work) do to lack of staffing.

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.
Minpunten
Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
