Don't expect to get any support, if you manage to work full time be careful travelling too and from work as you will be mentally and physically exhausted. Be prepared for Members of the Public to be abusive, sarcastic and generally rude to you. Trained medical staff will not respect you and rather then supporting and guiding you.
