Poor management. Experience means nothing in the office. No matching 401k. Holiday schedule means you’ll be working the day after thanksgiving. I feel like a number not a team member

Thanks for completing a review. I am happy to see that you would recommend SET to others as a good place to work. SET pays for all hours worked, meaning the time spent driving to job sites from the shop is paid time, which is helpful.
