      Flexible work schedule - check Can work from home - check Ping pong table - check Company trips - check Friendly environment - check Friendly teams - check Excellent salary (as in, more than just competitive) - check Poker nights at the office - check Awesome work environment. The office feels like home. Projects that I work on are really challenging, and they make sense. We're not building stuff just for the sake of building stuff. Our products make an impact.

      Way to flexible work schedule - check Can work from home - check Ping pong table - check Company is just starting to figure things out with large teams, hiring people, setting up a decent process of improvement etc. Sometimes it gets kinda crazy.

      Our flexible work style makes ourselves to be responsive and productive at work, to protect the benefit of it. The atmosphere let us to use our own brain and talent to solve problems, rather than doing what to be said. Perfect for independent worker and former freelancer like me.

      I have had no negative condition / situation in this 3 years. Prob not good place for people who is not self motivated.
