Tout le reste : des managers ingrats, des heures de fou furieux, un salaire au ras des pâquerettes (un taux horaire inférieur au smic, c’est beau quand même), et une culture d’entreprise qui poussent les salariés au burn out, aucune opportunité d’évolution ou augmentation possibles

Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

Minpunten

I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.
