You pretty much have to come in with the ability of computer skills, customer service skills and the "know how" of sales. There is an incubation period, where you have more concentrated help, but from there you are pretty much on your own. More than 1 Day of training will go far with keeping reps from early burnout, frustration on the calls and script adherence and familiality.
