If you're not liked or respected by senior management (which I was), you're going to have a difficult experience. They put strong emphasis on bottom line and financial responsibility, and aren't afraid to make difficult personnel discussions when needed. The majority of operations is staffed by employees with little education and as a result receives much low pay than executive departments. This arrangement creates a hostile environment both within operations department and towards other departments.
