Good people to work with. The push to advance is always there.
Minpunten
The ratio of users to techs were way too high (400 to 1). Too much focus on iLearn rather than getting the job done. No pay raise (or cost of living raise) for over 3 years even though I scored good on performance review. Old and Gas industry is not stable.
