- Current COO thinks he's allowed to do anything, he also thinks he's IT and telling other people how to do their job. He thinks he's a Leader but is leading the company to disaster. He's kicking people out, he should be the one leaving the company. - lack of leadershid - lack of management - The top 2 keeps the money in their pocket and don't really think about the staff working there. Pay the new staff less than 30k in a medical company, what a joke. - Quality is not their first preocupation - The coffee is not best - No objectives given by the CEO or where he sees the campany in 2, 5, 10 years. - COO is useless apart from having argument with every employee in the company (childish behaviour) - No pay increase apart from 3%, the management don't think about the employees
