Leaving, The worst employment experience of my life.

The MD and COO treat people terribly. Awful bullying by the two at the top because they are sad, lonely people who make the staff here think they're doing you a favour by employing you. No one stays, get out while you can before they rob more of your soul.

I was really lucky to work with some lovely people and make some great friends.

It's taken me nearly 4 years to get over how I was treated and to understand that not every employer treats you this way. The saddest thing is I know people who were treated a lot worse than me! I was promised a lot and nothing came from it. Jobs were moved around like nothing I have ever seen before which left everyone confused and never able to reach their full potential. I felt like I was kept at a certain level to keep me in my place. I spent a lot of time becoming extremely anxious and isolated in this role and it's taken me a while to get my spark back. Work friendships are frowned upon and I believe this is so management can control everyone. Which is a shame, as what boss wouldn't want a group of happy workers who look out for each other?
