Supervisors that have no idera what they are 'supposed' to be teaching, interviewers that have no idea what they are hiring for, managers that are barely functioning.
I interviewed for the Director position, and got an offer, which I accepted. Going to 'training' it was in a class of 30 people only hired for taking the calls.
Upon asking why I was in this class, 'everyone starts here' is what I was told.
Turns out they hired me for taking calls, and not the position I was intended for.
The position went to someone with zero expereince as a director and was a friend of the boss.
HR is useless, they 'lose' your deposit for headsets (which you have to purchase) and the shift supervisors put all single peopel with no dependants on day shift and those with a family on nights/swing shift.
What a bunch! They get a great laugh of 'see who I screwed today?' when talking in the lounge area with each other about how they put a parent into a shift that daycare can't possibly cover, and then not allow to exchange with someone else.
I've never worked with such an unprofessional workplace in my life.
Do not recommend working here even if it was the last place on earth.
