This company is an extremely poor place to work, and I strongly advise against wasting your time here.
1. Leadership operates with zero transparency. There is constant dishonesty and back-channeling, leaving employees in the dark.
2. KPIs are often unrealistic due to circumstances outside of your control, yet you’ll still be penalized for missing them—even with valid explanations.
3. The leadership team spends their time in endless internal meetings, offering little to no hands-on support. Their style is more about issuing orders than actually leading.
4. During the hiring process, they paint a rosy picture of the role and company culture. Once you start, you quickly realize it’s nothing like what was promised.
5. Job security does not exist here. Terminations happen frequently and without warning. One week you may be praised for your performance, and the next you’re let go without notice.
There are far better staffing companies out there that value transparency, realistic expectations, and employee growth.
