Pluspunten
Most people are very nice and helpful. You can get out a lot if you are get along with the decisions making people. Make yourself useful and work very hard. It's easy to connect with people via Yammer for example, participate in conversation etc. They respect everyone across the board. CEO is very good, business and results orientated and 'short and sharp'. HR operation team is very good. You can get noticed by the group company in France. Some people really benefited from this, no matter the level. There is definitely a future for now, before the UK business will get sold perhaps.
Minpunten
There are no great benefits to be honest, basic private healthcare etc. it can be very slow, too often. Server is in France so Some of the board directors are s.... when I was still there. Some people are a bit 'funny', but you can just avoid them. You have to be a positive and strong minded person to survive and don't get yourself involved into the 'negative chatting corner'... Still not sure about the values and mission but I believe its WIP.
