First few weeks are truly a honeymoon period; immediately goes down hill. Free lunches are the norm for a while then the cold shoulder and nasty comments.

Minpunten

Owner of company is prone to temper tantrums and actually tried striking a relative who works for the company. Has no clue as to HR regulations and is very condescending and sexist. Owner of company asked a candidate if he was an alcoholic during an interview; said he was unaware of any rules or regulations regarding interviews.

Freedom to do whatever you want to learn. Celebrating holidays together. Friendly coworkers make it fun. Although stressful if you work fast paced and want to learn, you'll succeed.

Minpunten

This is the same as before...like it is stressful and sometimes management gets mad at you...as long as you are doing your job and completing tasks you should be good.
