      1) Timely salary. 2) Talk on phone as much as you like. 3) Work life balance as no work.

      Minpunten

      1) Poor HR Department gossip with. NET during anytime of the day to bootlick them and keep favourite in eyes of them and CEO of the company. 2) Many underperfoming people working here doing nothing and eating fat salaries. 3) They don't fire underperforming people due to favoritism. 4) They don't have any metrics to measures how people are working and productively even if at all giving their 8 hours for company, CEO don't even check Trello. 5)If you are serious about your career growth, working with smart people this company is not for you, as these are just bunch of Jokers surviving their company on single project with no future planning and full time pass.

      This is the false information provided of SSTech System company’s culture by an anonymous person, which is quite, absurd baseless, and untrue. The company’s culture is quite, friendly conducive to individual growth and progress. Many employees are working here since its inception, and have attained progress in their professional careers. The management always supports and stand by the employees, provide each and every employees with opportunity for career progression.

      A great place to work. When introduced to co-workers on my first day, the majority of them have been with the company for 2.5+ years.

      Due to the size of the company, we all wear many hats. But, that is not necessarily a con if one loves a challenge and enjoys being involved in the success of the business.
